Ashfield

Ashfield, Kate (married name) was born c.1838 in Leyfield, Oxfordshire. She appears on the 1901 census for Adlestrop. She worked as a housekeeper for Stephen Rachel.

(I believe her maiden name may have been Tidcock, having married a Peter James Ashfield in 1870. Peter died in 1890, leaving Kate (Catherine) a widow on the 1901 census).
